Emergency management practitioners and software engineers, working as one team.

High Street Technology was formed to close the gap between what technology can do for public-sector organizations and what it actually delivers. We combine direct experience in emergency management and government with modern software engineering.

Where emergency management meets modern technology

was founded by a team that saw a gap between what technology could do and what it was actually doing. Public-sector organizations were working with outdated systems, siloed data, and tools that were not designed for the way they operate.

We brought together practitioners and technical experts to address that gap. Our team has worked directly with FEMA, the Department of Defense, state emergency management agencies, and local jurisdictions, and it designs and builds the software itself. That combination allows us to modernize organizations that have historically been underserved by technology.

Our mission is to build the technology infrastructure that makes organizations more effective, more efficient, and more accessible, from federal agencies to small businesses.

High Street Technology is a collaboration by the leadership of HighStreet Consulting and AnalyticWorks.

Applied AI and data science with human oversight built in.

Security

Built to the standards our government clients require.

How we engage

Every engagement pairs operational experience with engineering discipline, from initial scoping through ongoing support.

01

Operational context first

Requirements are defined with practitioners who understand the operating environment, the constraints, and the standards that apply, before any software is written.

02

Deliver, measure, refine

Working software is delivered early, measured against operational outcomes, and refined iteratively. We support systems in operation, not only through launch.

03

Products informed by service delivery

Capabilities proven in client engagements are developed into products. Beehive, Alyo Studio, Compass, and Corbin each originated in a recurring client need.

What guides our work

Mission First

Client outcomes define success. We build for the organizations responsible for public safety and measure our work by their results.

Technical and Operational Rigor

Work must be technically sound and operationally relevant. We do not treat either as optional.

Designed for the User

Systems should make operations simpler and faster for the people who rely on them.

Responsible Innovation

AI supports decisions; it does not make them. Human oversight remains in place, and security is designed in from the start.

Join the team

High Street Technology is a small, senior team, and we grow deliberately. We are interested in professionals with backgrounds in emergency management, public safety, or government, and in engineers who want to build systems used in those environments.
